Professional Testimonials

"We tried using traditional traps, but this simply harvested the population.  We would catch a few, but the remaining ones became trap-shy and the next thing you know, they would have a litter and were building their numbers back up.

This tool fits in with Massey's commitment to environmental responsibility.  There's no toxicant involved, no harming of the animals, and yet we accomplish the goal of pest removal."

MB10K Performance
May 20th 2005

Dear Michael,

On one of our tests in the past month we have placed your MB10K Squirrel Evictor in a squirrel infested attic in Lake Mary, Florida. With only one unit, the Squirrel Evictor elimated squirrel noises at one end of the home but forced the squirrel(s) to the other end of the home.

We then placed the unit at the other end of the home and in a few more days the squirrel(s) had completely left the attic. We continued to run the unit for over 2 weeks after the squirrels left, and since no further activity existed for such a long duration, we removed the unit last week.

In this test we have left the squirrel entry points unsealed to see how long it might take before any squirrels re-enter. It's been one week now and they haven't re-entered! I'll keep you posted.

Thanks again for allowing us the opportunity to put the MB10K through a battery of tests!

Respectfully,

Bob Belmont

Hello Michael,

I work for a medium-size Pest and Wildlife control company. I have 23 years of work experience dealing with pests and wildlife. When the Squirrel Evictor light arrived at our office, my boss wanted someone to test the product on a customer’s home. I raised my hand with hopes that I would get to try this new idea before the other technicians.

Fortunately, he decided to give me that chance. Before I had the opportunity to try it on a customer’s home, a lucky thing happened. Well, it was unlucky for me. I discovered that my own attic had Roof Rats! They were attracted to my yard because of my dogs.

Naturally, where there are dogs there are dog droppings. The droppings are a greatfood source for any rat. That same day, I placed the light in the center of my attic and turned it on. Believe it or not, the rats were gone within 24 hours!

I continued to run the light for several weeks to be sure there were none left behind. When I was certain they were no longer in the attic, I started the task of sealing up the entry points. Never before have I tried a product that went beyond what it claimed to do.

To this very day, the rats have not come back. In addition to sealing the attic, I placed Tamper Resistant Protecta Rat bait stations around my home to kill the rats as they fled my attic. Since then I have used the Squirrel Evictor light on at least 3 homes with severe squirrel problems. The Evictor worked the exact same way on the squirrels as it did onthe rats. They were completely gone within 24 to 48 hours and have yet to return.

I followed the same procedures as on my own home. I sealed up the attic entry pointsand live trapped in the yard. Usually, the first 2 or 3 squirrels that are captured are the ones that are using the attic as their home. It is best to capture and relocate the criminal squirrels to an alternate location.

One of the squirrel’s nastiest habits is chewing on your home and you want that to stop. I hope the above information will help anyone who may have a doubt in the Squirrel Evictor and it’s ability to “Evict” any unwanted pests that may come your way. Believe me, it works!

Sorry it took so long to get back to you. Here are your answers to your Raccoon questions.

I put the strobe in the chimney where the raccoons were, and Presto, Bye-Bye Momma and Pups. The first time it took a week, BUT, a major snowstorm had come at the same time.

A second installation took 2 days, no failure yet.

Evictor Products - "SQUIRREL EVICTOR"

Folks,

This is just informational regarding the "Squirrel Evictor" Units manufactured by Evictor Products (www.squirrelevictor.com). I finally had the opportunity to test the larger One Million candlepower unit, the MB100K, on Douglas Squirrels (cousins to the Red Squirrel).  They were nesting inside a customers house and gaining access through a foundation vent.

I installed the unit centrally in a large crawl space, then monitored the access hole with newspaper. Within a couple of days, the squirrels were gone, along with any Roof Rats who may have been using the access hole. Preferring to err on the side of caution, I let the unit run for a week before removing it and screening the access hole.

I plan to do further tests with the large unit on squirrels, and additional tests with rats and raccoons as soon as the opportunities present themselves. When possible, I will test it on bats as well. But I am pleased with the results so far.

I see this as yet another useful tool added to the arsenal. It is not the answer to evicting animals in all circumstances, but when the appropriate circumstances exist, it appears to be quite effective. I know it would work on me! It's a very powerful instrument and very disorienting. Do not attempt to use it if you are dealing with animals occupying cathedral ceiling spaces, or where you cannot get the light effects into the majority of the working space (eg. too many obstructions to line-of-sight) unless you can cover the areas with multiple units.

Installation is quick and easy. I install a hook on the underside of a floor joist to suspend the unit, came out of the crawl space and plugged it in, and drove away. Of course, I had already done a complete inspection from roof to ground to determine access.  I charged customers for the value of evicting animals and my expertise, not just for the time it takes, so this is a profitable tool.

If you have any questions, feel free to give me a call or email me.

Mr. Michael J. DeGinto

Dear Michael,

Thank you for giving me the opportunity to be of service to you. Today, I am writing the results of our field test using the Squirrel Evictor strobe light.

On March 8, 2005, we animal proofed a home for squirrels in Dunwoody, Georgia. We installed our Animal Safety Exit Tunnel providing the squirrel one safe exit and sealed her roofline in its entirety. Within 5 days, her squirrels were gone. Two weeks later on March 24, her squirrels had returned.

We discovered a brand new chewed hole in the eave of her home. Having newly purchased your Squirrel Evictor, we decided to try it out as opposed to playing games with the squirrels by moving the exit tunnel to the new hole and patching the old hole. All the while, our customer's home is being eaten alive by rodents.

We installed this product by simply hanging it from a beam and plugging it in. Within a day, she reported no noises. Every two days, we received a call stating that the animals were gone still. But then, she turned off the strobe light and went on Vacation for two weeks.

On April 13th, the rascals had moved back into her attic. We informed our customer to turn your strobe light back on and keep it on. Today is May 11, 2005 and our customer is very happy that she hasn't heard the squirrels in a month. She reported that she hasn't even seen them doing their daily routine of traveling the power lines and on her roof. We are grateful to have the Squirrel Evictor trick up our sleeves.

Yours Truly,
