    Description

    Your Solution to Rodent Problems

The MB100K Squirrel Evictor and Rat Repeller will transform any attic, crawlspace, or darkened area into an unlivable place for rodents. The high intensity strobe light annoys squirrels, roof rats, norway rats, and other rodents eyes, specifically the expansion and contraction of the pupil. It does not harm the rodents in any way, it simply annoys them.

The High Intensity Strobe Lights were tested on homes with at least 35 years worth of squirrel problems. Homeowners have been amazed at how quickly their problems were solved. Most rodent problems were over in less than 24 hours!

    Energy Efficient and Economical

Our products are very energy efficient and portable. The MB100K Unit is 1,000,000 Candlepower and covers an area of 1600 sq ft. yet discharges no heat. Energy usage for the MB100K unit is only 105.12 kilowatt hours per year. Each bulb has been tested to run continuously, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, for a full year. The estimated energy cost is only $9.04* per year.

    Making Your Home Safe

Squirrels communicate through ultrasonic clicks and sounds. The word will soon be out that your home is no longer a friendly place to stay.

Fire Marshalls estimate that 20% of house fires of unknown origin in the United States are caused by squirrels chewing on electrical wires. With your house free of squirrels your chances of a house fire has diminished.

*Kilowatt-hours per year are a measurement of energy use. Your utility company uses it to compute your bill. $9.04 is based on continuous use for one year and the 2005 National Government average cost of $.086 per kilowatt hour.
